Fa La La La La

After a weekend with the inlaws, we got home this evening and went and got our Christmas tree. There were like 30 mile an hour winds and it was raining.

Eventhough the weather was crappy. The kids had so much fun. You should have seen Oliver’s face when he saw all of those trees. I couldn’t unbuckle him fast enough. We had to for go our traditional Frasier Fir due to the $100 price tag and got a Balsam Fir instead. I like the firs because the needles are soft but they’re sturdy for my vast assortment of his, hers, theirs, and our ornaments.

Due to no naps they were less than thrilled that it took me a couple of hours to put lights on. I’m pretty particular. Needless to say, the ornaments have to wait until tomorrow. I couldn’t handle one more of Piper Ann’s reasonless meltdowns.
