Cheddar Carrot Balls

(And I don’t mean the cheesy testicles of a carrot, silly)

I got this recipe from Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food. Its one of the ways I’m trying to sneak any sort of vitamin in Oliver’s diet. He refuses to eat any sort of fruit or vegetable. He ate 3 of the 5 crackers and then explained to me that they were “yuck.” I’ll take 3 out of 5.

    It’s recipes like this that make me glad my kids are good eaters! ew.

    Have you tried the sweet potato puree in the mac and cheese trick?
