Last Day of Summer

…who’s cheering?

I had good intentions of doing fun stuff with the kids for their last few days of summer. That came to a halt with a trip to the ER for Piper Ann.  Ye olde bladder is acting up again.  This infection also consists of fevers spiking in the 103’s…good times.  Last night the fever finally broke and she’s back to her old “spirited” self.

We might top off the summer with a trip to McDonalds playland or to see “Horton Hears a Who.”

Tomorrow I will probably be a blubbering idiot as I put my first-born on a bus to whisk him away to Kindergarten. I will keep you posted.

I forsee it now, a Things I Love Thursday post all about bickerless sanity for 3 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As I was skimming through my spam comments on WordPress, I came across a comment that didn’t seem like spam, so I clicked on it.

There, staring me in the face was what is supposedly Jessica Biels “hoo-ha.”

I think I’ll continue to let them do my filtering.

Things I Love Thursday- Pegboard

I’m back after 3 days with no kids and a quick, but fun jaunt up to Michigan.
In a previous post, I wrote about hanging cabinets for my craft area.
My newest addition is a pegboard which takes up the entire span of wall between the cabinets and table.
I love it. I get really excited when I find something new to hang on it. I still have a bunch of empty hooks.
I will write more about my new craft area soon. Its a mess right now, because I’ve been busy creating.
