Hobby Hump Day/WFMW-Doggie Backsplash

March 25, 2009 at 2:33 am 7 comments

We have a dog with jowls which means he splatters water everywhere when he drinks. To save my walls I created a “doggie backsplash.”

dscn0862I took a ready made canvas from another project gone awry and stapled oilcloth around it. Its completely wipeable and prevents sludge from building up on the walls.

Very clever idea! Ours drip all over the floor. I need to find a good solution to that. I guess a mop is the answer. 🙂

Only you could turn that dog’s slobbering into a (very cute!) craft project. I love it.
