Last night was night two of “Oliver” sleeping in a big boy bed. Its so bittersweet for me. I’m glad to be moving out of the baby stage, but I’m also sad to say goodbye to the crib. I’m sure I’ll leave it up for a week or so.
He did fall out of bed last night. He’ll be the first one to need guardrails.
Its kind of crazy that he can sleep in a big bed, but only says like 20 words. Therapy here we come.
At “Nathan’s” conference last week, it was suggested that he needs therapy to develop fine and gross motor skills. Luckily it will be free through the school district.
That means all three kids will have needed therapy at some point in their lives. Woohoo! I grow ’em good!
First of all, you all know I’m new to this blogging thing. Is it normal behavior to think about what you’re going to blog about all day? Is this a sign I might become addicted?
Anyway, A website to check out is www.wesabe.com (that should be highlighted, but I have no idea how to do that yet. Feel free to comment with pointers! Wait, I might have figured it out.). I watched the promo, but haven’t tried it yet. It seems intriguing, but I’m a little afraid to try it. Let me know what you think.
I really have no idea what I’m doing with this whole blogging thing, but I’m giving it a try.
I guess I’m under the assumption that people care what I’m doing with my life. I’ll try to post everyday. Don’t hold me to it, because I probably won’t.
Ricardo (my husband) is out of town. He just sent me an email with a picture of his hotel on it. Do I need to be reminded that I’m here with the kids, and he’s there getting ready to go out for a first class meal? “We’re going to Dolce, you know the restaurant the Ashton Kutcher owns.”
Oh well, I have a bottle of wine calling my name tonight!
